Subtitles?

Hello!! :D
I'm a Swedish dude that knows his language so I was just thinking of a way that I can support MysticalPing Prodictions not having to give you money because my parents won't allow me to. D:
But I came up with the idea of making Swedish subtitles for the Legends of Roika series!! I know that there is a feature on YouTube that allows you to translate into almost any language but to be honest with you that isn't too correct. I mean that words like "I'm" aren't translated because they are not in the dictionary.
Please answer 'cause I really want to help you guys out!

We will be doing something a little different with our subtitles since machinima is unable to do the closed caption feature on YT. But, we will still need the script translated into different languages. So, yes, we would love the help!

As Kristen stated, we can't put subtitles up on YouTube like the original series because machinima.com doesn't do that.

Instead, what we're doing is that when an episode is released, a thread will be made here on the forums with the dialogue posted. I suppose if one felt like translating that into another language, that would be perfectly fine and I would include it in the original post.

This would roughly translate into...

If you wanted to, that would be fine. You'd just send me a PM with the translation and I'd post it up with the rest.

As I previously stated--the dialogue script WILL be posted when the episode is released. You can then take that script and translate it, and PM me the translated text. If there are any words you are uncertain about (such as slang) you can ask me about them as well and I'll try to help find a synonym of some sorts.

The important thing is to make authentic translations--don't think you can go to a free translation website, copy and paste it, and turn it in for credit.

It's for people who can't understand English very well. The episodes will all still be in English, but if someone foreign listens to it and wants to know what they are saying, we're going to provide it as best we can.
